Day 5

One meal. A bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a Dr Pepper.

I got curious and weighed a couple of days early. I've lost some, but I'm not say how much until Thursday. :)

I was going through some songs on youtube tonight, and I got to thinking....dancing! lol

Anyway, a classmate and I are both about the same size and both looking to lose weight. We started walking around the parking lot at school on our breaks tonight. She's 5'10", and I'm only 5'7", so I have to move my legs a little faster to keep up. She mentioned that there were some workouts that I can get in my instant queue via Netflix. DEFINITELY looking that up tomorrow night.

Also, would multiple trips up and down the stairs to my apartment count? I've seen some weight come off, so now I'm excited. Progress! I want to be a whole new me by this time next year!

  1. Don't eat a bacon cheeseburger and fries. That's like 1,000 calories and runs right through you.

    Take that 1,000 calories and put it in good foods and you'll be more satisfied, less hungry.

    One egg has like 80 calories. Can of soup, 200 calories, maybe less depending on what kind.
