Day......I have no idea

Wow. An entire month since I last posted? Yep, I fell off of the wagon, but I'm here to say I'm back on. Tomorrow is my last day of work. I will now have no excuse as to time not to work out. As for eating right, well, that is still a work in progress....

Day 14

Weighed in this morning. I've gained 2 lbs. :( So far, I'm down 1 lb. Must do better eating. Maybe actually go to the grocery store instead of eating out every meal.

Today, I had a sausage McMuffin and an OJ for breakfast. After class, I had a chicken flatbread sandwich and two soft tacos from Taco Bell, and a (not diet) Dr Pepper.

I have a friend coming to town this weekend, and we're going to go ride bikes Saturday. Finally, some exercise. I'm hoping this is the kick in the butt I need to get started.

Days 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13

Day 9 -

Cobb Salad, three or four Dr Peppers, five beers, and a spicy bbq hamburger with chips.

Day 10 -

CHIEFS WIN! Did pretty good tailgating. Drinks included one cup of coffee, one cup of milk, Coke Zero, and Diet Dr Pepper (that's right, NO beer). Food included a pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, and a smoked sausage link. One pint of ice cream on the way home.

Day 11 -

Cottage cheese, three slices of pizza, and some spicy chicken nuggets washed down with Diet Dr Pepper.

Day 12 -

Tried a new bbq place today. Pulled pork sandwich (sooo good), green beans, potato salad, and a slice of Texas toast. Drinks included Diet Dr Pepper and Coke Zero.

Day 13 - (today)

Four slices of pizza and a cinnamon roll, and a Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese and fries from McDonalds. Diet Dr Pepper.

So far, I'm actually amazed at how much pizza and ice cream I eat. None over either for me for the month of October.

I still haven't exercised. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in, and I'm not quite as excited about it as I was last week. :( No one to blame but myself, though.

Day 8

Three slices of pizza, a cup of french onion soup, half of a Parmesan basil chicken panini, a Yoplait Whipped, a glass of water, and a glass of diet cherry Dr Pepper.

On a side note, I highlighted my hair tonight. Still unsure about my pleasure/displeasure.

I watched Wall Street (the original) in order to prepare to go see the new one sometime.

Oh yeah. No exercise. I'm not going to say tomorrow. I'm just gonna do it.

Day 7

One week. 3lbs lost. Not too bad considering the lack of exercise and the amount of calories from soda. I am posting a new picture in my profile. Still looks horrible. I can't wait to get rid of this double chin.

Today, mom brought over a sausage McMuffin with egg and an orange juice. Before class, I ran to Taco Bell and got two chicken soft tacos and a chicken flatbread sandwich thing. Thinking about it, the OJ is all I've had to drink today.

Not too much to say other than that. I'm ready for Friday. I'm still on call for another week, though.

Day 6

Busy day at work today, so no time to take a real lunch. I took long enough to make some rice. One cup of long grain brown rice. I added a tablespoon of light butter, 1/2 teaspoon of cajun seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. I'm debating on whether to order a sandwich or wings or something. Trying to completely talk myself out of it. I'm not necessarily hungry. I'm just thinking about food.

Walked during breaks at school. Nothing extensive. Just enough to get the heart rate up for like five minutes.

Tomorrow or Friday, I'm going to get to the grocery store. I have about a cup of rice and a can of soup in my kitchen. Literally. I don't keep much here because I know I'll bet bored and wander in there. I can't eat out all of the time though. Need to find a balance.

Tomorrow morning is my weigh in. I also take a picture tomorrow evening to post in my profile.

Day 5

One meal. A bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a Dr Pepper.

I got curious and weighed a couple of days early. I've lost some, but I'm not say how much until Thursday. :)

I was going through some songs on youtube tonight, and I got to thinking....dancing! lol

Anyway, a classmate and I are both about the same size and both looking to lose weight. We started walking around the parking lot at school on our breaks tonight. She's 5'10", and I'm only 5'7", so I have to move my legs a little faster to keep up. She mentioned that there were some workouts that I can get in my instant queue via Netflix. DEFINITELY looking that up tomorrow night.

Also, would multiple trips up and down the stairs to my apartment count? I've seen some weight come off, so now I'm excited. Progress! I want to be a whole new me by this time next year!
